多形貌四针状氧化锌纳米材料的制备与表征

摘要 热蒸发Zn与醋酸锌(ZAc)混合物,在650℃,无催化剂的条件下制备了四针状氧化锌(T-ZnO)纳米材料,通过调节Ar与O2气流量,在不同条件下能得到不同形貌的T-ZnO纳米结构。HR-TEM研究显示T-ZnO纳米结构的每个针体沿[0001]方向生长。探讨了T-ZnO的生长机理,其生长过程中存在自催化的过程,ZAc的存在起到了良好的催化效果。 Tetrapod-shaped ZnO(T-ZnO) nanostructures were synthesized via a self-catalytic method by vaporization of Zn and zinc acetate(ZAc) powder at 650℃ without any catalyst.By adjusting the flow of gases Ar and O2 experimental parameters,different morphological T-ZnO nanostructures were synthesized.HRTEM indicated that the growth of each leg of the T-ZnO was along the direction.Moreover,a self-catalysis VLS growth mechanism was responsible for the formation of the ZnO nanotetralegs.The existence of ZAc exerted a ...
