摘要
以金属硝酸盐为起始原料,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了CaMnO3粉末,分别采用真空放电等离子烧结(SPS)和在常压烧结的方法制备了CaMnO3块体,并对其物相、微观形貌和电性能进行了分析和测试。结果表明,制得粉末为单一物相的CaMnO3粉末;空气气氛烧结样品与真空放电等离子烧结样品相比,具有较致密结构和较好的电性能。其中500MPa成型,烧结温度为1200℃的样品在温度700℃时功率因子高达2.056×10-3W.m-1.K-2。
