摘要
目的:通过柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对青霉素诱导的大鼠癫痫模型的实验研究,探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的抗癫痫作用及其机制。方法:以大鼠腹腔注射青霉素600万U/kg制作癫痫模型,观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对模型大鼠痫性发作行为的影响。同时利用化学比色法测定大鼠癫痫模型脑组织内SOD、MDA、ATP酶的含量。结果:成功用青霉素诱导大鼠癫痫模型,其痫性发作程度较重,为Ⅲ~Ⅴ;柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能降低大鼠脑中MDA的含量,提高SOD、ATP酶的活性。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤具有抗癫痫作用,其机制可能与减轻氧自由基的损伤程度,改善脑组织ATP酶的活性有关。
