柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤抗癫痫作用及对癫痫大鼠脑组织内MDA、SOD、ATP酶的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的:通过柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对青霉素诱导的大鼠癫痫模型的实验研究,探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的抗癫痫作用及其机制。方法:以大鼠腹腔注射青霉素600万U/kg制作癫痫模型,观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对模型大鼠痫性发作行为的影响。同时利用化学比色法测定大鼠癫痫模型脑组织内SOD、MDA、ATP酶的含量。结果:成功用青霉素诱导大鼠癫痫模型,其痫性发作程度较重,为Ⅲ~Ⅴ;柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能降低大鼠脑中MDA的含量,提高SOD、ATP酶的活性。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤具有抗癫痫作用,其机制可能与减轻氧自由基的损伤程度,改善脑组织ATP酶的活性有关。 Objective: To study the mechanism of antiepileptic effect of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction(CLMD) in the epilepsy model induced by penicillin.Methods: The rats in experimental group were intraperitoneally injected with penicillin(6×106 U/kg) to simulate the epileptic behaviors.The effect of CLMD on the epileptic symptoms was observed in this model.Then onset of epileptic seizures was observed in each group,and the concentration of MDA and the activity of SOD and ATPase were examined through colorimetric assa...
