摘要
血脑屏障(BBB)是存在于脑组织和血液之间的一个屏障,能控制血脑两侧的物质转运,从而保证中枢神经组织内环境的相对稳定性.文章就药物透过血脑屏障的方式及影响因素进行阐述,旨在为治疗脑血管疾病和药物筛选奠定理论基础.
Blood-brain Barrier(BBB) is a barrier between the brain and blood and BBB controls substances transporting from blood to the barrier.This article elaborates on the way the medicine for BBB is transported and some related factors in the transporting process with a view to providing the theory for therapies and drugs screening for the brain and blood diseases.
