摘要
文章提出了利用矩阵的方式来计算Tchebichef矩的平移不变量的方法,避免复杂的迭代的同时,保持了数值的稳定,实验表明,这种方法有着较高的精度.
In this paper,a new way is proposed to calculate the translation invariants of Tchebichef moments in matrix s manner.In this way,when the complicated iteration is avoided,the stable value is obtained.The results of the experiments show that the proposed way can also achieve a high precision.
