摘要
拐卖人口犯罪古已有之,在漫长的中国古代社会,拐卖犯罪这一社会"巨蠹"有着自身发生、发展和演变的特征,而中国古代的统治阶级也在治理拐卖人口犯罪方面摸索和总结了一系列的经验和对策。
There has been the crime of kidnapping and selling people from the ancient time of China.In the long history,this crime,a huge social malady,has its own features while appearing and evolving.The ruling class in ancient China found out a series of experiences and countermeasures against the crime.
