药物、牵引、TDP治疗腰椎间盘突出症240例临床疗效观察

目的探讨非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析240例腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料。结果痊愈160例(66.7%),有效78例(32.5%),无效2例(0.8%)。结论药物、牵引、TDP治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To Discusses the non-surgery to treat the waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness clinical effect.Methods Reviewing clinical materials which analyze protrusion of the intervertebral disc of 240 waists.Results Convalesces 160 examples(66.7%),effective 78 examples(32.5%),invalid 2 examples(0.8%).Conclusion Medicine,drawing,TDP treats protrusion of the intervertebral disc of the waist is a safe,effective method.
