顺铂增敏放疗鼻咽癌5年生存率的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨顺铂增敏放疗对鼻咽癌生存期的影响。方法将156例鼻咽癌患者随机分成顺铂增敏组80例和单纯放疗组76例,两组放射治疗方法相同,放疗增敏组在放疗同时每周采用顺铂25mg/m2化疗1次。结果全部患者随访5年以上,放疗增敏组与对照组1、3、5年生存率分别为97.5%、93.8%、86.3%和86.8%、65.8%、52.6%。两组相比有显著差异,并发现生存率与增敏次数明显相关。结论顺铂增敏放疗能提高鼻咽癌患者的生存率,降低复发率及死亡率。
