知-信-行模式对不孕症患者疾病认知及治疗依从性的影响

To Evaluate the Influence of the Patterns og KAP(knowledge,attitude,practice)in Infertility Patient with Disease Cognition and Treatrnent Compliance

目的探讨知-信-行模式(KAP)对不孕症患者疾病认知及治疗依从性的影响。方法将120例不孕症患者随机分为实验组和对照组60例。对照组给予常规的治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上实施KAP模式健康教育。结果接受KAP模式健康教育组,患者在知识、信念、及健康行为改变方面明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论用KAP模式对患者进行健康教育,更有利于患者转变健康观念,促进其健康行为的建立,促进治疗的依从性。
