摘要
目的探讨血糖监测在颅脑损伤急性期的应用价值。方法回顾分析85例颅脑损伤急性期患者血糖监测结果。结果血糖升高组,其病死率及致残率明显高于血糖正常值。结论临床工作中必须加强对颅脑损伤急性期患者血糖的监测,及时地处理高血糖,提高生存质量。
Objective To study the clinical significance of blood sugar monitoring during the acute posttraumatic period.Method posttraumatic period.Result The patients with elevated blood sugar had higher mortality and morbidity rates than patients with mormal blood sugar.Conclusion We must strengthen blood sugar monitoring during the acute posttraumatic period.and treat the elevated blood sugar promptly and correctly,the complications and mortality rate can be decreased,and the survival quality can be improved.
