2004～2007年某院抗精神病药应用分析

Analysis of antipsychotics used in our hospital from 2004 to 2007

目的了解本院抗精神病药的用药情况及趋势。方法应用频度分析法对本院2004～2007年度抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析。结果本院抗精神病药的用药金额及用药频度逐年增大,其中经典抗精神病药呈下降趋势,非经典抗精神病药则逐年上升。结论疗效确切、不良反应小的非经典抗精神病药将逐渐取代经典抗精神病药。

Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation[marketing money amounts,defined daily dose(DDD)] and developing trend of the antipsychotic drugs from 2004 to 2007 in our hospital by means of frequency analysis.Methods The defined daily dose(DDD)system for drug utilization was adopted,and the consumption of antipsychotics from 2004 to 2007 in our hospital was statistically analyzed.Results The sum of money and DDD of the antipsychotics in our hospital were increasing year by year,and the use of th...
