3种内固定方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的分析比较

Effects of three internal fixations on fracture of anconeal process of ulna

目的总结尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗体会,为临床选择尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗方法提供依据。方法采用回顾性方法将76例尺骨鹰嘴骨折分为钢针张力带治疗组与尺骨鹰解剖嘴钢板治疗组和镍钛记忆合金组,并依据庞桂根等的远期疗效评定标准进行疗效评价。结果钢针张力带组优良率92.9%,解剖型钢板组93.75%,镍钛记忆合金组93.75%;3组的优良率接近。结论3种方法临床疗效无显著差异,在临床治疗过程中,应针对不同的骨折类型而选择使用最合适内固定方法,以期达到最佳的治疗效果。
