摘要
文章分析了科技期刊编辑责任意识缺失的现状及原因,并从如何强化科技期刊编辑的责任意识入手,探讨了把好编校质量关、做好期刊质量管理工作的有效途径。
This paper analyses the current situation and reasons of lack of responsibility of the editors of sci-tech periodicals, discusses how to enhance the editors awareness of responsibility. And some measures to improve the quality of editing and quality control of periodicals are presented.
