Ecological Civilization and Scientific Development:A Reading of China's Scientific Development from Ecological Civilization Proposed on the 17th CPC National Congress

面对我国严峻的生态形势,为了实现人与自然的和谐发展,"十七大"报告首次提出了"生态文明"的理念,将建设生态文明作为建设小康社会的奋斗目标。生态文明主要包括物质层面和思想精神层面两个方面的内容,是人类可持续发展的前提,也是中国科学发展道路的必然选择。生态文明建设是一个复杂、庞大的系统工程,应从方针决策生态文明化、生产方式生态文明化和个体行为生态文明化三个层面来进行建设。
