This paper holds the opinion that the beneficial result of litigation refers to obtaining maximum output with minimum input of liligation based on the proportion of the cost of litigation to the benefit of it.The criteria for assessing the input and output of litigation involves ecnomical and non-economical value systems.Moreover,their are various elements affecting the cost and benefit of litigation.To boil it down,these elements are closely related to the environment of the social economy and culture.
