柚肉黄酮降脂作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨柚肉黄酮的降脂作用。方法1.试验性高血脂模型法将40只昆明种小鼠随机分成5组,对照组、高脂饲料组(模型组)、不同含量柚肉黄酮+高脂饲料组(柚肉黄酮小、中、大剂量组)。2.测定柚肉黄酮对血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量以及动脉硬化指数(AI)的影响。3.离体胆固醇微胶粒形成实验。结果1.柚肉黄酮明显降低喂以高脂饲料小鼠血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C含量以及AI水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,且作用与柚肉黄酮剂量呈正相关。2.柚肉黄酮体外实验有轻度抑制胆固醇微胶粒形成的作用。结论柚肉黄酮有显著的降血脂效应,其机理可能与其减少肠道胆固醇的吸收相关。 Objective To research the inhibition of serum lipids by grapefruit flavonoids (FG).
