摘要
目的探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝(NAFL)非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相互关系。方法回顾性收集NASH60例及NAFL60例,进行体重指数(BMI)、腰围检查,测定空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂等指标。结果NASH组与NAFL组比较,血糖、空腹胰岛素明显升高(P<0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)明显升高(P<0.05)。结论NAFL发展为NASH与高空腹血糖、胰岛素密切相关,IR在其中起重要作用。
