2007年我院抗菌药物临床应用情况分析

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in Our Hospital in 2007

目的评价我院抗菌药物的应用情况。方法对我院2007年280份出院病历的抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果我院住院患者抗菌药物应用率达75.4%,其中二联应用抗菌药物占37.8%,三联应用抗菌药物占24.6%;标本送检率仅为8.6%。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物应用率偏高,术后预防性应用抗菌药物较多,需加强抗菌药物合理应用与规范化管理。
