摘要
本文简单说明了当代中国医患关系的特点及医患关系是一种怎样的法律关系;根据"举证倒置"的不足之处进行分析,提出另一种调解医患纠纷的新方法。
The feature of doctor-patient relationship in the contemporary society is briefly described.Which kind of legal relationship of the doctor-patient relationship is also investigated.According to the inadequacies of "Juzhengdaozhi",the new approach to resolve the dispute between doctors and patients is put forward.
