盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元积累动态研究

The variance of the diosgenin in rhizoma of D.zingibiernsis in the whole growth stage

目的研究盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元积累动态,确定适宜的采收期。方法对不同采收期不同根茎中薯蓣皂苷元含量及含水量进行分析。结果种根在6月上旬到10月中上旬之间,薯蓣皂苷元含量呈缓慢的上升趋势,10月下旬以后就急剧下降。新生根茎在6月上旬到8月中下旬之间薯蓣皂苷元含量呈上升趋势,然后逐步下降,到10月下旬同样明显下降;生长期内种根与新生根茎含水量变化趋势不同,而且薯蓣皂苷元含量与含水量无相关关系。结论考虑到产量和薯蓣皂苷元含量两方面因素,10月中下旬采收盾叶薯蓣较为适宜。
