Clinical Application of Antibacteriais in Our Hospital:Review and Analysis

目的评价抗菌药物的临床应用情况,提高医药质量管理水平。方法对我院2006年5月-2007年5月份住院病例抗菌药物的应用情况进行回顾性分析,并依据文献及相关标准进行评价。结果全院抗菌药物使用率65.18%。主要存在的问题有外科系统预防性使用抗菌药物用药指征过宽,围术期使用不规范,忽视抗菌药物的毒副作用,抗菌药物趋向高档化,病原学送检率低。结论定期对临床住院病人应用抗菌药物进行调查,能够及时发现问题,并起到监督和指导作用。
