论传统文化中的和谐理念与企业文化建设

Discussion on the Idea of Harmony in Traditional Culture and Establishment of Enterprise Culture

和谐是我国传统文化的重要思想,重视和谐是我国传统文化的一个显著特点。本文在论述传统文化中和谐理念的基础上,阐明了和谐理念在企业文化建设中的重要性——增强企业的凝聚力,提升企业的竞争力,最后提出了在企业文化建设中贯彻和谐理念的四种途径。

Harmony is an important thought in Chinese traditional culture.Among those remarkable characters,emphasis on harmony is an integral part.Based on the discussion of the idea of harmony in the traditional culture,the importance of its use in establishment of culture of enterprise——enhancing cohesion of enterprises and promoting their competitive power is stated.At last,four approaches of implementation of the idea of harmony are proposed.
