Flying the Wings of Supervision——Discusses on the Factor of the Influence Surveillance Law Implementation Shallowly

出台和实施一年有余的《监督法》,诸多亮点彰显立法进步与成就。但作为中国第一部真正意义上的《监督法》,不可避免地带有一些不足之处。本文试图从制度、价值、环境等几方面来分析可能影响《监督法》实施的因素,借此引起社会对监督法的关注,提高《监督法》的实效。

More than one year of the introduction and implementation of the supervision,many bright spots highlight legislative progress and achievements.But as China s first real sense of the law on supervision,inevitably there are some deficiencies.This paper attempts to analyze several aspects that may affect the implementation of the law on supervision,such as the systems,the values and the environments,to arouse social concern of the law on supervision,improve the effectiveness of supervision law.
