血脂康治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效观察

Effect of Xuezhikang on the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypedipidemia

目的探讨血脂康对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者脂代谢和血糖的影响。方法60例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的患者在原降糖措施的基础上加服血脂康0.6g,2次/d,检测治疗前、治疗后4周、8周、12周血清总胆固醇(Tc)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(2HPG)含量。并检测治疗前、治疗后12周糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1c)浓度。结果治疗前和治疗后4周Tc、TG、LDL-C分别降低为21.4%、34.3%和27.8%(P均<0.05);HDL-C升高16.5%(P<0.05)。空腹血糖(8.71±1.48)vs(7.14±1.22)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(12.03±1.76)vs(9.27±1.44)mmol/L;糖化血红蛋白(7.1%±0.3%)vs(5.8%±0.1%)(均P<0.05)均明显下降。治疗前后各项指标无反复,均未见明显副作用。结论血脂康可降低2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平,同时也具有一定的降低血糖作用。
