电厂职工安全心理状态评判研究

Study Safe Psychological States of Power Employees

针对电厂职工安全心理状态,本文利用数量化理论进行了系统分析,并建立了一个实用评判模型。通过项目贡献分析,可找出安全心理的主要隐患所在。为制定相应的安全措施提供科学依据。另外,本研究运用计算机加以实现,为电厂安全评价开辟了一条新途径。

Using the theory of quantitative theory,this paper deals with the power employee safety psychology,and a feasible judging model has been proposed.through the discussion of item contribution,the main safety problem can be found.Meanwhile,a new approach for the application of computer in power safety assessment is developed.
