三峡工程右岸机组蜗壳及座环底部回填灌浆

摘要 三峡工程右岸机组蜗壳及座环底部回填灌浆采用"跳象限"法即双泵对称灌浆法施工,灌浆全程使用灌浆自动记录仪记录,百分表观测抬动变形,准确地掌控灌浆压力及灌入总量,并采用预警机制,确保灌浆过程抬动变形值在规定允许范围内。 The refilling grouting work for bottom of spiral case and stay ring of hydroturbine is carried out with two grout pumps according to the order of symmetrical quadrants;the whole grouting process is recorded with auto-recorder and the rise-deformations of the spiral case and stay ring are measured with dial gauges for accurately controlling the grouting pressure and grouting consumption;the early warning measures are provided to control the rise-deformation within permissible limit.
