Study on the Effect of B-SITE Doging upon Electric and Mamnetic Properties in Perovskite Manganite

通过比较和分析不同离子B位掺杂对钙钛矿锰氧化物的磁性质和电输运性质的影响,结果表明,离子的价态磁性以及电子结构都是影响体系的磁电性质的重要的因素。

Influences of B-site doging with different ions on the magnetic and electric properties of Perovskite mangcnite are compared and analyzed in this article.The result shows that valence、magnetism and electronic structure of the ion are important factors which affect magnetic and electric properties of the sample.
