Views on Education

解读教育,可谓仁者见仁、智者见智。本文基于现代教育的思想提出了五个基本观点。认为教育坚守的通则是人性教育;教育理念与教育行动的结合才能培养创新型人才;重视学生社团,激励学生自主发展;吃苦是教育的必修课;成人、立业,品质第一。

Different people hold different views on education.This paper proposes five basic ideas for education based on modern education theory as following: taking humanity education as the common principle;combining the educational views and the educational activities;attaching importance to students’ organization so as to encourage self-development;bearing hardships;personality cultivation.
