对高校实行生选师制的几点思考

生选师制是高校教育体制改革的一项重要内容。通过生选师制的执行,让个性化教学和个性化学习找到一个最佳的结合点,充分发挥教师和学生两个方面的积极性,确保教学效果。本文对高校实行生选师制中学生选师的盲目性、随意性,高校办学条件不完善以及指导思想中存在的不足作了简要分析,并尝试提出思考和建议。

Selecting teacher system is important in the college reform.It will lead individual learning and teaching style so as to exert enthusiasm in this process.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of this system such as blindness,randomness,faultiness,etc.and at last it puts forward some suggestions and reflections on it.
