摘要
介绍了华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院在"小老师"教学模式探索中总结出来的一套与之相适应的管理方式,讨论了让学生参与到实验室的日常管理中来的可行性与优越性。实践证明了该管理方式与小老师教学模式的宗旨是相适应的,在很好地完成了生化实验教学的同时,小老师们得到了一次难得的锻炼自己统筹全局的管理能力的机会。
In this article,a suitable model on how to manage the biochemical laboratory is discussed and a summary is drawn from the 'little teacher' teaching model exploration in the last nine years. The disussion centers around the feasibility and advantages of students joining the daily management of the laboratory in person.
