Surgical Treatment of Patients with Cystic Meningioma

目的:探讨囊性脑膜瘤的病理、临床特点及手术方法。方法:对13例囊性脑膜瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:肿瘤实质及囊壁全切除9例,肿瘤实质全切加囊壁部分切除3例,肿瘤实质及囊壁部分切除1例,无手术死亡和严重并发症。结论:脑膜瘤由于急性囊变加速了病情发展,引起严重的临床症状,易误诊为其它性质的肿瘤,MRI可以提高诊断的准确率。应尽早手术,肿瘤结节与囊壁尽可能彻底切除以防复发。

Objective:To investigate and discuss the pathological,clinical features and operational methods of cystic meningioma.
