摘要
通过分析供应链中的制造商和供应商的库存成本构成,在制造商独立决策和制造商与供应商联合决策两种模型下,考虑通胀对制造商订货批量带来的影响,从而为制造商的订货决策和库存成本管理提供依据。
By analyzing the components of the stock cost of victualers and manufacturers in the supply chain,with the models of manufacturers independent decision-making and the suppliers and manufacturers joint decision-making and the consideration of the impact brought by the inflation on manufacturers bulk orders,the paper offers the manufacturers some proposals in control of the cost of ordering and the inventory management.
