摘要
在介绍8cm、9cm、10cm连续机械波图像的基础上,从波形动态反映的特点,橡胶的力学性能及物理学定律方面对机械波的成因进行了分析,指出由胶辊所引起的机械波有常发性和偶发性两种,且偶发性的多,而8cm、9cm、10cm连续机械波的产生,大多数是由铝衬管胶辊所引起的。结合有关物理学相关理论分析了胶辊形成包围弧与回转一瞬间质量的变化、弹性能量的变化或加速度的变化所对应的机械波的变化,而胶体颗粒、铝屑的存在是机械波产生的重要因素,并提出了相应的措施。
