农村健康促进是改善农民健康状况,提高健康公平的重要举措。但由于政府投入不足,农村医疗机构重视医疗服务,对公共卫生服务和健康促进缺乏热情。文章采取形势分析和利益相关者分析方法对我国农村健康促进的政策形势、发展动力和阻力以及相关方的利益、资源和立场进行解读,为促成我国社会主义新农村健康促进的新局面提供政策建议。
