肺结核患者生活满意度及其影响因素分析

Analyzing the Patients' Life Satisfaction with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and its Influencing Factors

了解肺结核患者生活满意度及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取山东省三个地市的六个县区共计819名肺结核患者,利用自制调查问卷进行调查,采用SPSS16.0软件对生活满意度进行统计分析。结果:调查的819名肺结核患者目前对生活满意的比例占56.4%,一般的占35.8%,不满意的占7.8%。肺结核患者生活满意度的影响因素有家庭经济状况、对肺结核的担心程度、患病后有无隔离感、家人的态度/行为。结论:对家庭经济状况差的肺结核患者给予经济援助,尽可能消除肺结核患者的担心以及患病后的隔离感,有助于肺结核患者战胜疾病,恢复健康,提高生活满意度。

Objective To survey the patients life satisfaction with pulmonary tuberculosis and its influencing factors.Methods 819 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly selected from six districts of Shandong province using stratified sampling method,surveyed by self-made questionnaire,and analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results There are 56.4 percent of cases who feel satisfied with life,and 7.8 percent unsatisfied.The Influencing Factors include economic condition,extent of worrying,sense of been isolating and family s...
