适应新型电力机车的智能交流接触器研究

摘要 根据电力机车的特点,设计一种适应电力机车的新型智能交流接触器。基于TOPSwitch-Ⅱ芯片的反激式开关电源模块,使产品具有体积小、工作范围宽、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等特点。同时,将振动因素引入接触器的动态计算中,探讨了接触器在振动环境中的工作情况,并进行了相关试验。 According to electric locomotives characteristics,a novel intelligent AC contactor was proposed.Based on the TOPSwitch-Ⅱ chip flyback switching power supply module to provide power to the singlechip,this contactor features with wide working range,small size,high reliability,strong anti-interference ability and so on.The vibration factor was introduced into the dynamic calculation,and the working ability in the vibration condition was discussed and a relevant experiment was carried out.
