摘要
为了进一步提高FeMnSiCrNiNbC合金的形状记忆性能以及提高其处理的效率,研究不同电脉冲处理对合金显微组织及形状记忆效应的影响。研究结果表明,Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC合金经10%预拉伸变形后,经300V、1 Hz电脉冲处理11次的丝材,其形状回复率达到86.5%,比经10%预拉伸变形后800℃时效15 min时获得的最大值提高8.1%。经SEM与TEM分析发现,电脉冲处理可在极短的时间内加速诱导大量、细小的NbC颗粒在基体内析出,进而有效地改善合金的形状记忆性能并提高了处理的效率。
In order to further improve the shape memory effect(SME) and process efficiency of FeMnSiCrNiNbC alloy,the effects of different electropulsing treatment on microstructure and SME of the alloy were investigated.The results showed that the shape recovery ratio of specimen subjected to 10% tensile pre-deformation following electropulsing treatment at 300 V and 1 Hz for 11 times reached maximum 86.5%,8.1% greater than that subjected to ageing at 800 ℃ for 15 minutes after 10% tensile pre-deformation.In addition...
