摘要
目的观察异常黑胆质成熟剂提取物对大鼠凝血时间及TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α水平的影响。方法(1)采用玻片法测定体外凝血时间;(2)放射免疫法测定血浆TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结果异常黑胆质成熟剂提取物5.94g(生药)/kg的凝血时间明显延长;可明显升高6-keto-PGF1α的含量,却不能抑制TXB2的释放,但可明显降低TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α的比值。结论异常黑胆质成熟剂提取物能够有效抑制血小板聚集,其机制可能与升高6-keto-PGF1α的含量相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of abnormal savda munziq extract(ASMq) on coagulation time and TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α.Methods The coagulation time was measured by slide method.Contents of blood plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results ASMq [5.94g(herb)/kg] can prolong the coagulation time significantly.ASMq [5.94g(herb)/kg] can likewise increase the content of blood plasma 6-keto-PGF1α,but can not inhibit the release of TXB2.But it can decrease the ratio of TXB2 to 6-keto-PGF1α...
