摘要
目的探讨椎体成形术治疗椎体转移性骨折的护理特点。方法分析37例转移性椎体肿瘤患者经皮椎体成形术的临床资料。术前、术中、术后给予体位的指导,严密观察并发症的出现,指导康复训练。结果37例患者23例术后24～48h能下床行走,疼痛缓解有效率达96%,无护理并发症的出现。结论做好术前准备、术后并发症的观察及健康宣教是保证椎体成形术取得良好疗效的保障。
Objective To investigate the nursing in percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) for vertebral metastases.Methods Analysing the clinical data of 37 cases suffered from vertebral body metastases undergoing PVP,giving guidance of the bodies’ pose before operating,on operating and after operatin,observing carefully the appearance of complication,and guiding healing exercising.Results The pain relief was demonstrated in all cases 1 to 3 days after operation.All involved vertebral bodies had good stability.Imaging analy...
