臀肌挛缩症的CR影像分析

Analyze of CR imaging for gluteal muscle contracture

目的:分析臀肌挛缩症的CR骨盆平片影像表现。方法:分析17例臀肌挛缩症的CR骨盆平片,并与21例非臀肌挛缩症的CR骨盆平片进行比较。结果:11例臀肌挛缩症的CR骨盆平片发现,骶髂关节旁髂骨有纵行、条状致密线影。17例臀肌有圆形、卵圆形、直径约6mm以下的高密度影,边缘清楚。结论:骶髂关节旁髂骨纵行、条状致密线影与臀肌有圆形、卵圆形、边缘清楚的高密度影是臀肌挛缩症的CR骨盆平片特征影像。

Objective:To analyze the X-ray computed radiographic sings of gluteal muscle contracture(GMC).Methods:Plain films of pelvic of 17 cases with GMC were compared with the normal pelvic plain films of 21 cases in comparative group.Results:longitudinal dense liniar shadows were found at the iliac site of sacroiliac joint in 11 cases with GMC.In 17 cases with GMC rounded or oval shaped well-defined high density shadows were visible within the gluteal muscle shadows.Diameters were less than 6 mm.Conclusion:Longitu...
