甘松提取物不同部位组合给药对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响

Effect of the movement in the small intestinal of mice by Administration with combination of different extracts from Nardostachys chinensis Batal

目的:观察甘松不同提取部位组合给药对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。方法:将昆明种小鼠完全随机分成阿托品阴性对照组、甘松水提物高剂量组(简称Ⅰ组)、甘松水提物高剂量加挥发油高剂量组(简称Ⅱ组)、甘松水提物高剂量加挥发油低剂量组(简称Ⅲ组)、甘松水提物低剂量加挥发油低剂量组(简称Ⅳ组)及西沙必利阳性对照组,一次性灌胃给药,观察不同药物组对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果:Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组药物的小肠推进作用优于阴性对照组;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组药物的小肠推进作用优于阳性对照组。结论:甘松不同提取部位组合灌胃给药对小鼠小肠推进运动有较好的促进作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of combinations of extractive from different part of Nardostachys chinensis Batal in promoting the movement of the small intestinal of mice.Methods: Mice were divided into 6 groups : Atropine group(negative control group)、decoction of high-dose group(Ⅰgroup)、high-dose volatile oil and decoction group(Ⅱgroup)、low-dose volatile oil with high-dose decoction group(Ⅲgroup)、low-dose volatile oil and decoction group(Ⅳgroup) and a positive control group of Cisapride.Herbal decoction ...
