摘要
目的:探讨针刺调整生物近似昼夜节律的授时因子性质。方法:采用AschoffⅠ法,以叙利亚金黄地鼠为研究对象对比观察自由运行状态下,各时相点分别给予针刺、光脉冲、8OH-DPAT对金黄地鼠自发活动节律相位的影响,并作出相位反应曲线。结果:针刺调整金黄地鼠自发活动具有明显的依时相性。在自由运行状态,于CT6、CT9电针导引金黄地鼠自发活动相位超前,而在CT18、CT21则使其相位迟后,其余时相点无明显相位转移作用。结论:针刺是一种非光性的授时因子。
