建中法治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

Curative Effect on Therapy of Jian zhong to Functional Dyspepsia of Type of Deficiency of Spleen Qi

目的:观察以建中法为治则,用建中汤治疗脾气虚证功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为脾气虚证的50例FD门诊患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组20例。治疗组予以建中汤加减;对照组予以吗丁啉,疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后两组主要临床症状、中医症候积分等指标的变化情况,做出疗效评价。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组60%,治疗组明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异,P<0.01。中医症状总积分比较:治疗组治疗前后积分比较,具有极显著性差异,P<0.001,治疗后两组积分比较具有显著性差异,P<0.01。症状变化比较:治疗组与对照组对体倦乏力、食少纳呆症状改善的比较有显著性差异,P<0.05。治疗组治疗前后舌质变化有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:建中法治疗脾气虚证功能性消化不良具有较满意的疗效。
