摘要
目的:探讨哮喘平冲剂对哮喘豚鼠模型肺组织的形态学影响。方法:采用卵蛋白致敏哮喘豚鼠模型,观察实验过程中哮喘豚鼠的一般情况及肺组织形态学变化。结果:各治疗组豚鼠的一般情况明显优于模型组,且经哮喘平冲剂治疗后哮喘豚鼠气道炎症细胞明显减少;支气管平滑肌未肥厚;哮喘平冲剂能明显改善支气管上皮损伤,粘液腺增生等病理改变。结论:哮喘平冲剂治疗哮喘的作用机理与改善肺组织形态学变化有关。
