RP-HPLC法测定马钱子胶囊中士的宁与马钱子碱的含量

Determination of Strcychnine and Brucine in Maqianzi Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的:建立自制中药制剂马钱子胶囊中士的宁与马钱子碱的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsi1 ODS-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相:乙睛-0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值2.8)(23:77),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长260nm,柱温25℃。结果:士的宁与马钱子碱的线性范围分别是0.1226μg^2.452μg(r=0.99998)、0.1074μg^2.148μg(r=0.99994)。平均加样回收率分别为101.11%、99.83%,RSD分别是1.97%、2.13%。结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确、重现性好,可用于马钱子胶囊的质量控制。
