摘要
对上海市某区二级医院病人的满意度进行了调查,结果显示病人的总体满意度较高,尤其对医护人员的服务态度及质量方面评价高,但是医院在医技服务、硬件设施及就医环境等方面仍有待改善。
The authors of this article surveyed on the patient satisfaction in the secondary level hospitals in one district in Shanghai.The results showed that the overall patient satisfaction rate was relatively high, especially on the attitudes and quality of medical care provided by physicians and nurses.But there were some areas that need to be improved, such as auxiliary medical service, hospital facilities and hospital environment.
