前一阶段因房地产市场供求矛盾突出,处于卖方市场,许多房地产企业忽视了前期营销的重要性,甚至市场营销工作也被束之高阁,但随着房地产市场趋于理性,前期营销的重要意义将日益明显。本文对前期营销及其流程进行了系统介绍,以供房地产公司参考借鉴。
Several months ago, because real estate market was a seller′s market, many real estate corporations neglected the importance of prophase marketing, so much as the marketing work was ignored. But as the real estate market is becoming rational, the important significance of prophase marketing will get more obvious. This paper systemically introduced the content and process of prophase marketing, so that real estate corporations may refer to it.
