摘要
在分析建设监理评标主要影响因素的基础上,建立了一套较为全面的监理招标评价指标体系,同时利用未确知理论给出了一种适合监理企业评价的数学模型,该模型结构严谨、精细,能够为招标方选择监理单位提供科学、合理的决策依据。
An index system of evaluating bidding is established on the basis of analyzing the factors which affect construction supervision s bidding. Moreover an unascertained measure model for evaluating bid is presented by applying the unascertained measure theory. This model is precise and perfect. Finally, an example of practical application is given to show the effectiveness of this model.
