摘要
在实行工程量清单制度下,高校如何利用有限的资金进行大规模的新校区建设,加强工程的造价控制管理的要求已提高到新的高度,不仅要求我们有高效能的领导班子,还应进行工程建设的全过程造价控制。
Under the implementation of bill of quantities system, the paper discusses how the universities and colleges use the limited fund to carry on the large-scale new campus construction. The request for strengthening the control and management of engineering cost has been taken to a new height. This not only requests for a high-efficient leadership, but also has to operate the entire process of engineering construction cost under control.
