摘要
业主投资进行工程项目建设时的着眼点是用尽可能低的投资获得所需要的质量合格的建筑产品。对此,作为工程项目管理的一部分且贯穿于项目建设全过程的造价管理工作显得格外重要。但在各个阶段进行造价管理的内容和重要性是不同的,都需要有具体的可实施的管理办法。本文从业主的角度对项目建设各阶段造价管理的重点进行了总结并提出了具体的实施办法和建议,同时强调了降低和控制造价的重点是在项目实施前的阶段,以期能够对业主方的工程造价管理工作有所帮助。
